Economic Status

The Queryance Service is currently operated as a non-commercial, free-to-use hobby project. No revenue is generated, and therefore no VAT Identification Number (Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer) is required or provided.

Online Dispute Resolution (§ 36 VSBG)

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The EU Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Validity

This Legal Notice applies to all digital presences operated under the Queryance name, including queryance.com and associated official social media accounts.

Liability for Content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages pursuant to § 7 Abs. 1 DDG and general law. Pursuant to §§ 8–10 DDG we are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, nor to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. We reserve the right to deny access to, terminate, or remove content, including waitlist entries, upon obtaining knowledge of unlawful activity or platform abuse.

Liability for Links

Our pages contain links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no control. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for the content of linked pages. Linked pages were checked for legal violations at the time of linking; no unlawful content was apparent at that time. Permanent monitoring of linked pages is unreasonable without concrete indications of a violation. Upon notification of violations, such links will be removed promptly.

Content and works on these pages created by the operator are subject to German copyright law (Urheberrecht). Reproduction, processing, distribution, or any form of commercialization beyond the limits of copyright law requires the prior written consent of the rights holder. Private, non-commercial copies are permitted within the limits of the law. Where content was not created by the operator, third-party copyrights are respected and such content is marked accordingly.
